Volume is run by a group of young adult leaders from St Luke's Anglican Church. Find out a bit about each leader below. All leaders have to undergo a Victorian Government Working with Children Check, a police check and multiple reference checks. The also agree upon entering leadership with Volume to abide by strict behaviour, character and duty of care guidelines. A copy of these guidelines is available from Bree Mills upon request.

"I've been in youth ministry for almost 10yrs. I began as a volunteer youth leader in 1998, because a ministry trainee in 2001, and an assistant youth minister at Glen Waverley Anglican Church in 2002. I worked there for three years before moving to St Luke's to start work as the Youth Minister in June 2006. I'm a mum of two kids, Tahlia (2yrs) and Jayden (6wks), and love spending time with my family, particular at the beach or out on the water on somebody elses boat! My passion is to see young people grow in their relationship with Jesus and particularly seeing them be trained and equipped to be the leaders of tomorrow!"
