The Volume Surf camp will be held at Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park. Campers will be staying in Units supervised by Volume leaders.

The camp will include 3 two hour surfing lessons with "Go Ride a Wave". "Go Ride a Wave" are industry leaders in surfing instruction. They are Australia's largest and most professional learn to surf organisation. Find out more about their company at www.gorideawave.com.au. As part of the lesson you will receive surf safety information, all the necessary equipment including board, wetsuit and booties, and surf instruction to suit your skill level. As well as surfing lessons, there will be other great activities and an opportunity to get to know other campers! Prizes will be awarded for different achievements over the course of the camp. 

The camp will run from Friday 17th October at 6:30pm until Sunday 19th October at 4:30pm.

There is a great depth of experience and commitment amongst the Volume Youth Ministry team. This is vital in order to provide an enjoyable camping experience. Our leaders are carefully chosen for their Christian faith and aptitude in forming positive relationships. There will be a camper leader ratio of no greater than 5:1, and additional support will be provided by the "Go Ride a Wave" Staff team.

Christian teaching will be included as part of the camp activities and campers will be encouraged to be thoughtful about life and the decisions they make.

Following receipt of the application form each camper will receive a camper pack informing them of the following details:

        - Confirmation of their application
        - Transport arrangements
        - What to bring to camp
